This AI chatbot is not a dentist. It cannot diagnose, treat, or advise on any dental or medical condition. Its sole purpose is to help you book an appointment or learn about our clinic's services. Any other responses it provides should not be relied upon for health decisions. Use at your own risk.
1 What Is the AI Chatbot?
The Astradent website features an AI-powered chatbot ("the Bot") embedded via JotForm Agent, a third-party AI assistant platform. The Bot uses large language model (LLM) technology to understand and respond to your messages in natural language.
The Bot is visible on the homepage as a chat widget. You may interact with it to get information about the clinic, services offered, or to initiate an appointment request.
2 Intended Purpose
The Bot is designed and deployed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Helping you book or request a dental appointment with Dr. Shaik Osheena Fazeena
- Answering general queries about the clinic's location, working hours, and contact details
- Providing a brief overview of the dental services available at Astradent
- Directing you to the correct form or page to get in touch with the clinic
The Bot is an appointment assistant, not a clinical tool. Think of it as a helpful receptionist — it can tell you about the clinic, help you schedule a visit, and answer basic service questions. That is where its role ends.
3 Not Medical Advice
The Bot is not a licensed dental or medical professional, and nothing it says should be construed as:
- Medical or dental advice
- A diagnosis of any dental or medical condition
- A recommendation for or against any treatment, procedure, or medication
- A second opinion on a clinical matter
Important: Because the Bot uses AI, it may sometimes respond to health-related questions with what appears to be informative or reassuring content. Such responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed or verified by Dr. Shaik Osheena Fazeena or any qualified clinical professional. Do not make any health decisions based on what the Bot tells you.

4 Limitations of AI Responses
You should be aware that AI-generated responses have inherent limitations:
- Accuracy: The Bot may occasionally produce responses that are factually incorrect, outdated, or misleading.
- Context: The Bot does not have access to your personal dental records, medical history, or individual clinical circumstances. It cannot account for these in its responses.
- Scope drift: Despite being configured for appointment booking, the Bot may sometimes respond to questions outside that scope. Such responses are incidental and carry no clinical authority.
- Real-time monitoring: The Bot is not monitored in real time by the clinic's staff. Urgent matters should be communicated by phone or in person.
- Language interpretation: The Bot may misinterpret ambiguous or complex queries.
5 No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Interacting with the AI chatbot does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Shaik Osheena Fazeena or Astradent. A formal doctor-patient relationship is established only upon an in-person consultation and only after the treating dentist has examined you and agreed to provide care.
Submitting an appointment request through the Bot or the contact form does not, by itself, confirm an appointment or initiate a clinical relationship. All appointments must be confirmed by the clinic through direct communication.
6 Use at Your Own Risk
You use the AI chatbot entirely at your own risk. By engaging with the Bot, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand the Bot is an AI tool intended solely for appointment assistance, not clinical advice
- You will not rely on Bot responses for any health, dental, or medical decisions
- You will not use the Bot in place of consulting a qualified dentist or doctor
- Any harm, loss, or damage arising from your reliance on the Bot's responses is your sole responsibility
- Astradent and Dr. Shaik Osheena Fazeena expressly disclaim all liability for consequences arising from your use of or reliance on the Bot
7 Data & Privacy
Conversations you have with the AI chatbot may be transmitted to and processed by JotForm, the third-party platform powering the Bot. JotForm may store, process, or use conversation data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing JotForm's Privacy Policy before sharing sensitive information through the chatbot.
We advise you not to share sensitive personal or medical information through the chatbot. If you need to share medical history or records, please do so directly with the clinic in person or through a secure channel.

8 When to Seek Professional Help
Please seek help from a qualified dental or medical professional — and not the AI chatbot — if you experience any of the following:
- Severe or sudden toothache or jaw pain
- Swelling in the face, jaw, or neck
- Difficulty swallowing or breathing
- Bleeding gums or mouth that does not stop
- Knocked-out, broken, or severely damaged tooth
- Signs of infection (fever, pus, foul taste)
- Any other dental emergency or urgent concern
In a dental or medical emergency, call emergency services (112) or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not attempt to use the chatbot in an emergency.
